Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern all bookings and events provided by Casual Monday Games. By making a booking, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization for which you are booking, and you confirm that you are authorized to do so. The Casual Monday Games Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected and used.
Booking and payment
- Prices are listed on the booking page. Full payment is due at checkout and is processed by a third-party payment processor.
- A booking is confirmed once payment is complete, after which a confirmation email and calendar invitation will be sent.
- Each booking requires a minimum of 6 players.
- If more people participate than were booked, Casual Monday Games will invoice the additional players at the booked per-person rate.
- Custom work, such as a round written specifically for your group, is quoted separately and invoiced after the event.
Cancellations
All cancellation and rescheduling fees equal 25% of the total amount paid, including the in-person fee where applicable.

- If you cancel after work on custom content has begun, that work will still be invoiced at the quoted fee.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment card and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.
- Cancellations must be sent in writing to hello@casualmonday.games and take effect when the email is received.
Rescheduling

- The new date must fall within 6 months of the original date and is subject to availability.
- Any rescheduling fee must be paid, via a payment link, before the new date is confirmed.
- Once an event is rescheduled, all deadlines in these terms apply to the new date. Fees are cumulative, and rescheduling fees are non-refundable, including if the booking is later cancelled.
- Rescheduling requests must be sent in writing to hello@casualmonday.games and take effect when the email is received.
Cancellation by Casual Monday Games
If Casual Monday Games is unable to run your event, you may choose either a new date and time at no additional charge or a full refund. This is the sole obligation of Casual Monday Games in that case. Casual Monday Games is not responsible for any other costs you incur, such as venue, catering or travel expenses.
During the event
- Events begin and end at their scheduled times.
- If the start is delayed on your side, your meeting link or platform fails, your venue becomes unavailable, or fewer people attend than expected, the event will still end at its scheduled time and no refund will be given.
- Remote events are hosted on the Casual Monday Games video meeting account unless you request a different platform. If you provide your own meeting link, you are responsible for ensuring that it works and for admitting the host.
- The host may remove any disruptive player, or end the event early if conduct becomes inappropriate. No refund will be given in either case.
Photos, results and client names
- After each event, the organizer receives the results. After remote events, the organizer also receives a group photo created from a screenshot of the video call. The Privacy Policy describes how these photos are handled.
- The questions and event materials are the property of Casual Monday Games and may not be recorded or shared without written permission. The results and group photo are yours to share.
- Casual Monday Games may list your company's name as a past client. To opt out, email hello@casualmonday.games.
Liability
The total liability of Casual Monday Games arising from any booking shall not exceed the amount paid for that booking.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County.
Changes to these terms
Casual Monday Games may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Each booking is governed by the terms in effect at the time it was made.
